Over fifteen years and dozens of projects, Jay Ho has worked at the scale of world expos and corporate headquarters, and at the intimacy of a performance stage where AI and human musicians play together. The through-line is the same: taking systems of extreme complexity and making them feel inevitable and effortless to the people inside them.
His path runs through Gensler, where he led technical ideation and production on transformative urban placemaking; Obscura Digital, where he directed the bid for what became the world's largest projection experience at Expo 2020 Dubai; and The Exploratorium, where rigorous thinking about how people actually engage with interactive environments shaped everything else.
He founded 13th Eye to do what large firms can't: shape every project according to its needs, think across disciplines, and take full ownership of outcome. Clients are typically investors or design firms who have the vision and the budget but need someone who can translate both into a system that works on opening night and every night after.
